The tip module has only been activated on CCV terminals with a hospitality profile where AMEX is enabled and that received an update yesterday. CCV will disable the tip module; however, it may take some time before this change has been processed on all terminals. If you face this issue, please contact PAY via the standard support line.

Update -
During a software update, terminals may automatically be placed in an “Out of Service” state. By following the steps outlined in the manual mentioned earlier, you can easily re-enable the terminal.

We see that the issue is limited to CCV terminals, which are experiencing degraded performance. Yomani terminals and SoftPOS are working as expected.

This morning an incident occurred at Rabobank. We have observed that Rabobank, as the issuer, in some cases sent an incorrect descriptor until approximately 09:15. We are currently awaiting a response from Rabobank.

On Saturday, 7th February 2026, starting at 11:00 CET, scheduled maintenance will take place on our banking infrastructure.
The maintenance window is expected to last approximately 8 hours, ending at around 19:00 CET.
During this period, Instant Payment Schemes will continue to process inbound and outbound transactions without interruption.
Additionally, VIBAN creations and activations will continue as normal, though the availability and use of newly created VIBANs may be subject to delays during this timeframe.
